About K&A Landscaping

 When we started  working with K and A on our home in Saddlebrooke Ranch,  I told them that my out door space was just as important to me as my indoor space. They listened to the things that we requested and came up with a beautiful landscape design for the area in front of and behind the house. 

The space is very enjoyable, with ample  room for outdoor living and a design that   just seems to flow. Our hot tub is perfectly situated, we have a curved wall in the back with landscaping lights in front of it creating beautiful shadows at night and a desert garden that we can also enjoy from the master bedroom window.

We still get compliments from our neighbors.

Dirk who has been our liaison with K and A has been very attentive, he always responds to questions and provides help with plants when needed.

A huge shout out to Travis and his team at K&A!  We contracted with them over a year ago to do our landscaping and fencing for our new construction home in Saddlebrooke Ranch.  They have been awesome!  Travis was so patient and put up with us calling him with questions and plant changes over the span of a year before our house was even completed and ready for landscaping.  He and his entire team (Bruce, Matt and all) were always so professional and responsive.  Everytime we called one of them, they would actually answer their phone---a rarity in this day and age!  Additionally, in an era when oftentimes contractors say they will be out but don't even show up, Travis and his team always came when they said they would and were always punctual and respectful of our time.  They handled all the HOA submissions for us and knew exactly what was permissible within the guidelines of our community's landscape and architecture committee.  This was a huge relief and burden lifted from our shoulders.  We can't rave enough about K&A.  They are amazing and do an amazing job!!  We highly recommend K&A for all your landscaping needs!!

 I had the good fortune of having a life-long friend,  who moved into SaddleBrooke Ranch about a year before I did, tell me that he had used Travis McLaughlin of K&A Landscaping for all of his exterior landscaping needs and he was quite happy with the outcome and the high level of customer service that was given to him throughout the project. Because of this recommendation I met with Travis throughout the building of our house and by the time we closed escrow on the home we had agreed upon an incredible landscape plan at a competitive price. My lot is almost 14,000 square feet so this was a big project and a lot of effort had to go into the planning, procurement of additional amenities (such as spa, fountain, iron work, large trees, etc.) that were to be involved in the overall project. Throughout the project I had a chance to meet all the employees of K&A Landscaping – from the owner Travis to each employee he has on his staff. From top to bottom – I was treated with the utmost respective and the received the highest level of customer service. I was allowed input on the project from the placement of the large rocks to the selection of plants and where they were positioned as well. I am a demanding person and requested several changes to the original plan be made – they handled them like the champs that they are. For any of our future neighbors and hopefully friends that move here to SaddleBrooke Ranch, I would whole heartedly tell you, that you need only to speak to K&A Landscaping for you landscaping needs. The purpose is to compliment your organization on the outstanding job you and your people did in landscaping our yard. It started with sales approach, it was low pressure and very open to the desires of the buyer, namely us. We had trouble making up our minds on a number of things, trying to balance costs with the way we wanted the yard to look. You hung in there with us through several meeting and we finally arrived at a plan. 

When the Workers arrived and started implementing the plan , it was amazing event to watch. Each of your guys seems to have their particular skill in whatever they do, they do it extremely well. And again, they are open to suggestions and changes To see 8 to 10 guys all busying themselves with their particular job and with virtually no breaks except for lunch and seemingly enjoying what they do, restored my faith in the american worker. Cato is a very skilled at what he does and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Pablo did a little bit of everything well and worked very hard at it. He is very good with the customer relationship skills. And at last, but certainly not least by any means is Bruce. He knows his business better than any we've talked to or hired and he is largely responsible for us hiring k&a to do our yard. Bruce supervised the landscaping four our previous house here in Saddlebrook. We were impressed then and still are. Again he is very customer oriented and willing to do most anything to please us. 

The last thing i want to mention is the follow up once the job is done. We had a few minor issues with the lighting and Bruce came back to take care of that. We also had an unfortunate incident where our pest guy dribbled solution across a portion of our patio and it couldn't not be cleaned off the pavers. K&A agreed to come out and replace app 10 pavers to restore the new look of the patio. It was just the "topping" on the hob we are very pleased with. We will recommend K&A to anyone who asks about hiring a landscape company. 

   K&A Landscaping a& Dirtworks Inc has a very talented group of individuals , who together created a work of art. We are so pleased with the design , work and follow up they provided. They welcomed changes and worked well with us to makes sure they were best for us and took careful consideration for our future needs in the design. We were informed every step of the way which made for a smooth completed.  

 We want to thank you for such a great customer service. Out of all the companies we have dealt with on our home in Saddlebrooke Ranch, by far K&A was hands down the best. Travis answered every one of our text, calls and emails. He went above and beyond working around our schedule. He made time to meet with us whenever we asked and always showed up on time. I can no speak highly enough of our experience working with K&A.
